If you live in Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont, or Loveland and receive power from your city utility, you may qualify for window and door rebates when installing energy-efficient replacement windows or doors.
Who Qualifies for Window Rebates?
Window rebates are available to residential electric customers of:
- Estes Park Power & Communications
- Fort Collins Utilities
- Longmont Power & Communications
- City of Loveland Utilities
Eligible customers must meet installation requirements and have their project reviewed before rebates are issued. It’s not difficult, and as a rebate-aware contractor, we know exactly what you’ll need to qualify. Our installation practices already meet the standards. We’ll help you with your window options, ensure they qualify, and submit all the proper paperwork for your utilities rebate. These rebates are available for residential and multi-family/tenant properties.

How Much Could You Receive?
- Up to $2,500, and potentially more if Northern Lights Exteriors is able to secure approval before work is completed.
- Total incentives cannot exceed 100% of the project cost.
