Northern Lights Exteriors Achieves Prestigious GAF Master Elite® Contractor Status

Northern Lights Exteriors, a leading Colorado based exterior remodeling and roofing contractor, is proud to announce its new designation as a GAF Master Elite® Contractor. This elite certification, awarded by North America’s largest roofing manufacturer, GAF, is a significant milestone and a testament to Northern Lights Exteriors’ unwavering commitment to excellence, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

The Master Elite® status is the highest certification level offered by GAF and is earned by only approximately 2% of roofing contractors in North America. To achieve this distinction, contractors must meet stringent criteria, including proper licensing, adequate insurance, a proven reputation, and ongoing commitment to professional training and installation excellence. Northern Lights Exteriors’ attainment of this title underscores its position as one of the region’s most trusted and capable roofing experts.

For homeowners and property managers, working with a GAF Master Elite® contractor like Northern Lights Exteriors offers numerous advantages. Most notably, customers gain access to GAF’s industry-leading warranties, including the Golden Pledge® Warranty, which offers 50 years of coverage on roofing materials and up to 25 years on workmanship. This level of protection provides customers with unmatched peace of mind, knowing their investment is safeguarded by both a reputable contractor and the leading roofing manufacturer in the country.

Becoming a Master Elite® Contractor also means that Northern Lights Exteriors is continuously trained and updated on the latest roofing technologies, installation best practices, and safety protocols. GAF requires its Master Elite® contractors to participate in ongoing professional development, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of the roofing industry and deliver superior service on every project.

Northern Lights Exteriors’ leadership views this recognition as both a validation of their team’s hard work and a reflection of their customer-centric values. For 25-years, the company has provided comprehensive exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more, always prioritizing transparency, communication, and high-quality results. “Earning the GAF Master Elite® certification is a proud moment for our entire team,” said James Hooven, owner and operator of Northern Lights Exteriors. “It represents the high standards we hold ourselves to and the trust our customers place in us every day. This achievement not only sets us apart in the marketplace but also reinforces our commitment to providing the very best roofing solutions available.”

With this certification, Northern Lights Exteriors solidifies its reputation as a reliable, experienced, and customer-first roofing contractor. Customers can confidently choose Northern Lights Exteriors, knowing they are working with a company that meets the highest standards in the industry and is backed by the nation’s most recognized roofing manufacturer.

As the company continues to serve homeowners and businesses across Colorado, this new status will enable Northern Lights Exteriors to offer even more value, enhanced warranties, and the
assurance that every roofing system is installed with precision, integrity, and expertise.
