Our remodeling process is built on our core value of communication and transparency. We begin with an in-depth, on-site consultation to confirm we are a good fit for the project as a whole. We like to handle as much of the exterior project from ONE SOURCE – us so we can control most/all of the scheduling, install warranties, and overall success of the end results. Our multi-family and commercial remodeling representative working with you will provide recommendations based on our 20+ years of experience in the market. We have built a proprietary system with the pain point of “understanding” where you are in the project process as a key component offering on-demand details on contracts, permits, payments, photos, schedules, and Project Management communication.
We’ll be honest and transparent about your commercial remodeling project… period. We will work to minimize any disruption, but as/if things arise – you will be alerted right away. Our mantra for any commercial remodeling project is “run to trouble” – in construction materials could be delayed, Colorado weather could back up crews, but you will be in the know from day 1. Between the project portal, our on-site Production Manager, and the operations/production teams you and your asset owner will feel “taken care of.”
